I understand that I am signing my child up for an annual class and that I am responsible for any tuition, curriculum, supply fees, drop fees, and transfer fees. All class registrations will be completed through our online Active Network available on 2/1.
All students must be registered for classes while on campus and are allowed a one-hour break. If you are registering for classes with multiple-hour breaks, you must add a study hall fee for all but one of those hours.
If parent stays on campus with student, there are no limits on breaks.

July 1st - 10%
August 1st - 10%
September 1st - 10%

January 1st - 10%
February 1st - 10%
March 1st -10%
If registering after payment plan has begun, payments will be divided by number of months left in plan.
If registering after classes start, please see Corey McKeown for a coupon code to prorate tuition to start date.
TRANSFER FROM ONE CLASS TO ANOTHER:
A class can be transferred to another class with the same instructor with a $15 charge plus any difference in tuition amount. A class being transferred to a different instructor will follow the
DROP fee schedule for the class dropping, plus a $15 transfer fee to add to the new class, plus any difference in tuition amount.
DROP POLICY:
CHARGED FOR ALL PAYMENTS THROUGH DATE OF DROP PLUS ONE MONTH
Any payments that are accidentally paid in full. at registration will incur a 5% fee for reimbursement to be put on payment plan
Any payment that is declined and NOT paid up-to-date by the 14th of the month will incur a $30 late fee each day until paid.
