HOW TO SUBMIT FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR T.E.A.C.H. TUITION
STEP ONE
Download the invoice template to your computer and save.
STEP TWO
Enter your student name, start date (always 7/1) and end date (current date or before)

Enter Class Names: English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Foreign Language - as a home educator, all courses will fall into one of these categories. Do not use the titles from our schedule.
step four
Each line item should equal/match one payment amount from form of payment (credit card or debit card). If your August payment was $100, your total AND amount paid will be $100. If you have multiple charges each month, place each total as a new line item. Verify the total calculates at bottom.
step five
Save as PDF on computer
step six
Save credit card statement as PDF, highlighting payment made to Active/TEACH that match you invoice.
step seven
Log on to your scholarship portal and submit the invoice and the proof of payment under TUITION. You will use Trinity Homeschool Academy (T.E.A.C.H) as the provider.
