Study our options! Under 2026/2027 you will find our schedules and options. Make your plan - it is wise to have a plan A and plan B in case of full classes.
On registration day, you will want to have the classes listed in alphabetical order (BY STUDENT IF YOU ARE ON ONE OF THE STATE SCHOLARSHIPS). This is how the the catalog is organized and will make it easier to be sure you add all classes to your cart.
TEACH uses Active for all registration and payments. If you have used Active for any other organization, you most likely have an Active account. PRIOR TO REGISTRATION YOU WILL WANT TO VERIFY IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT AND THE PASSWORD IS CORRECT so that you do not have to do this on registration day. FOR NEW TO ACTIVE FAMILIES - you DO NOT NEED AN ACCOUNT - you will continue without logging in and the account will be made a check out.
***IF YOU GET A MESSAGE THAT YOU ARE NOT CONNECTED TO THIS ORGANIZATION - YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REGISTER AND AT CHECKOUT WHEN YOU ENTER THAT EMAIL ADDRESS IT WILL CONNECT YOU AT THAT POINT***
If you are on a scholarship, you will want to REGISTER EACH STUDENT SEPARATELY. You must have a different email account for each student - this is something you will want to plan ahead of time so that you know which student is assigned to which email/password.
For those NOT ON SCHOLARSHIP - you may put all students on one account. At checkout you will be asked to assign each class to the student(s).
It's time to register. You have your Active log in OR you are new and will continue into the catalog. Find all classes and add to cart. When complete, head to check out and follow directions.
***IF A CLASS IS FULL, IT COST $0 TO GET ON THE WAIT LIST. THE WAIT LIST IS TIME STAMPED AND WILL GO IN THAT ORDER SHOULD A SPOT OPEN***
IF YOU REGISTERED FOR JOURNEY DURING EARLY ACCES YOU DO NOT ADD IT TO THE CART ON THIS ORDER!
***THE ACTIVE SYSTEM MAY TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR MULTIPLE CLASSES AT ONE TIME...THIS IS A SYSTEM GLITCH...CONTINUE REGISTERING AND MOVE ON***
Once you have a class in your cart, you have approximately 15 minutes to check out. If the time passes and you do not check out, the classes will recycle so that others may get the spot.
You will not be able to check out without paying the first tuition installment of 10%. WE ARE NOT A DIRECT PROVIDER OF ANY SCHOLARSHIP AND YOU MUST MAINTAIN OUR PAYMENT PLAN TO REMAIN ON ROSTERS.
You will have the choice to pay in full or payment plan at checkout. If you pay in full and meant to click payment plan, you will be able to get a reversal of all funds except for the already charged credit card fees. This can be a costly mistake! Please take your time and be aware of what you are doing and check out in the manner you wish to pay!
Following registration, the remaining payments will be AUTOMATIC on 7/1, 8/1, 9/1, 10/1, 11/1, 12/1, 1/1, 2/1 and 3/1.

If you have been put on any wait lists, you will receive an email when a spot opens. You have only 24 hours to make a decision to take the spot or pass. We do not have a specific timeline on wait lists. It is dependent on changes to roster.
You will be invited to the MyTEACH portal for class access in summer 2026! Stay tuned!
For those of you who have been on Active, you are aware that any change you make to your schedule, following registration, will result in a separate payment. Active is not able to combine this new transaction with your existing one. Make one change, you'll have two payments each month. Make two changes, you'll have three payments each month. It can get messy so having a plan is best...however, changes are inevitable....just know it's how it has to be:)
